TRADITIONAL CIDER-HOUSE MENU
This menu consists in cod with peppers, cod eggs-omelette, big T-bone ox steak as well as cider txotx (you serve yourself cider direct from big wooden barrels) and traditional dessert compound of walnuts, sheep's milk cheese and quince.
